Technological developments accelerate the dynamic structure of the ready-made clothing and fashion industry. Especially with the concept of fast fashion and consumers' search for change and variety, collections are rapidly renewed in a short time. In this fast-paced production environment, there is a need for designers who can make new and different designs, and modelists to create patterns in the production of these designs. Ready-to-wear industry is one of Turkey's most important export areas, employment areas in this sector are quite wide.

Our graduates from the Fashion Design program can work as a fashion designer (stylist), pattern specialist (modelist), accessory designer, textile designer (pattern, fabric designer), product and brand manager, collection planning, purchasing specialist, production planning, quality control officer. They can take on a job or open their own workshops and fashion houses to design and produce tailor-made clothing. In addition to his field, fashion editor, fashion photography, fashion and style consultant for fashion magazines; fashion marketer and visual/showcase organizer for the merchandising industry; He can also work as a category manager for online merchandising, a costume designer in the performing arts industry, or prepare collections for one or more companies as a freelance designer.
