Almanya’da 2002’de kurulan ve Avrupa Kalite Güvencesi Birliği üyesi olan AQAS, Dünya genelinde 5000’den fazla programın değerlendirmesini yapmış bir kuruluştur. 90’dan fazla Alman üniversitesinin üyesi olduğu eğitim programlarının akreditasyonunu gerçekleştirmiştir. Verdiği akreditasyon, akredite edilen programın Avrupa standartları ve ilkelerine uygun olduğunu belgeliyor
