The area allocated to emergency healthcare services is expanding day by day, not only within the state but also within the private sector. Graduates of first aid and emergency care programs are employed in private hospitals, medical centers, private ambulance companies, and similar institutions, and there is a demand for these students.

Those who successfully complete this program will receive the title of “Ambulance and Emergency Care Technician (Paramedic).” Graduates can work in public and private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and emergency services. Additionally, they can work in ambulances and hospital emergency departments, assisting doctors when emergency intervention is required, as well as in emergency medical service ambulances, patient transport ambulances, air and sea ambulances, other emergency vehicles, hospitals, medical centers, and all other emergency departments providing emergency healthcare services. Emergency medical technicians work as healthcare personnel in emergency patient transport ambulances, as call reception personnel in command and control centers, and as healthcare personnel in hospital emergency departments. This personnel may also serve as ambulance drivers when necessary (after completing safe driving training).

In emergency and extraordinary situations, individuals who can think practically, possess strong communication skills, remain calm, manage time effectively, act swiftly, are proactive, have an interest in human anatomy and physiology, can ensure environmental safety during first aid and initial response, can function physically and psychologically in chaotic situations, and can perform duties on the line between life and death, This may be a suitable choice for individuals who are curious about the field and open to development.
