Internationalization Policy
The target of Istanbul Gelisim University is to produce the value. To produce value and to ensure that the product is adopted and spread as value; getting universal knowledge and accumulation foundation; to monitor needs as far as international developments and to set priorities for research and education; it is necessary to increase our human, social, cultural, intellectual and organizational capital. In order to achieve this goal, a strategy of multinational human resources, multinational student structure, research and development activities, multinational university-industry cooperation, collective service capability and capacity is pursued at our University.
Basic Values
The basic values on which the university's internationalization policy is based are:

Multiculturalism: future of the human being who can live in a multicultural world and produce value.

Living together with respect for individual differences: a sense of coexistence and work based on the supremacy of the law, mixed with tolerance culture.

Win and gain: As information is shared, it multiplies and its value increases. International collaborations are established to increase the speed of learning and information generation from our partners. International collaborations are based on the principle that both partners are profitable.
