Visa Rejection



  As an international student, you may apply for your student visa with the Final Acceptance and Visa Letters that you got from our side. In case you prove that you got visa rejection your pre-payment will be refundable.

  In order to refund the amount that the student has paid, you need to send us the following documents:

 
1. Visa Rejection Letter from the Turkish Embassy.
2. Petition Letter (including the bank account details, the signature of the student).
3. Receipt of the prepayment.
4. Copy of the Passport.
5. Admission Letter.
 
NOTE:

- If the given bank is in Turkey, then you need to provide us the name of the bank, full name/surname of the account user, USD IBAN number.

- If the given bank is out of Turkey, then you need to provide us the name of the bank, full name/surname of the account user, USD IBAN number, branch of the bank, full address of the branch, account user full address, and Swift code. You can ask these details from your bank.
 
- If the given account is out of Turkey, then the transfer time will take longer.
